If you are not familiar with Skedula, it can be a real pain in the butt. Thankfully, the internet has many people posting solutions. I found this website with a Prezi presentation called "Skedula" by Jennifer Lewner that I thought was pretty helpful and quick. I will make my own small reference tool here as well:
1. Logging in for the first time:
  • The website itself is www.skedula.com.
  • Your email address will be your school DOE email. If your school has already registered you (MBHS does), then you will have to click "Forgotten Password" to reset your password.
  • Our school, MBHS, is a New Visions school.
2. Grouping courses together: Your students might be grouped according to English levels and you will want to Group your classes together if this is the case. If you don't, you might end up with a million groups!
  • Settings
  • Course Names
  • Rename Groups
3. Printing out invitations and registration codes for students:
2. Create assignment categories, create an assignment, select classes, input grades, and view assignment statistics.
